In Custom in India while filing the bill of entry at the time of import shipment clearance, the sea freight and marine insurance amount needs to be declared separate, when the inco terms are FOB .
And customs duty and igst are charged on that amount too in bill of entry
But the igst is already charged on such amount by the forwarding agent of consignee and insurance company on such amount in their invoices
is this valid to collect and charge the igst 2time on same amount?
