Anti-dumping duty on imports of ‘Glazed/Unglazed Porcelain/Vitrified tiles in polished or unpolished finish with less than 3% water absorption’ from China PR for a period of 5 years
As per notification No.09/2022-Customs(ADD) (copy attached here) dated 24.02.2022 issued by CBIC regarding Seeks to impose Anti-dumping duty on imports of ‘Glazed/Unglazed Porcelain/Vitrified tiles in polished or unpolished finish with less than 3% water absorption’ from China PR for a period of 5 years.
The anti dumping duty imposed vide this notification will be effective for 5 years from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette.
