As all of you are aware about the shipping line’s container bond issues, where we as a custom brokers or an importer and exporters has to submit the shipping lines container bond while applying for delivery order.
The different shipping lines has their own format of bond which changes every year and as importer and exporter has to collect or search the recent format of subject shipping lines at the the time of application for delivery order for their import containers.
Now as per the effort taken by the custom brokers association of Mumbai also referred as BCBA the following 17 shipping lines has agreed on common format of container bond which has been confirmed by CONTAINER SHIPPING LINES ASSOCIATION (INDIA) also called as CSLA.
