CVD imposed on “Aluminium wire in coil”
The imposition of definitive countervailing duty on “Aluminium Wire in coil form/Wire Rod in coil form having diameter ranging from 9 mm to 13 mm” falling under tariff heading 76011040, 76012040, 7604 1010, 76042920, 76051100 and 76052100 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) originating in or exported from, Malaysia and imported into India

The CVD amount will be calculated as % on CIF value declared in Bill of entry.
The countervailing duty imposed under this notification shall be levied for a period of five years (unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier) from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette and shall be payable in Indian currency.
