Please find attached Circular No:26 of 2021 dated 14.09.2021 from DG Shipping regarding bringing in transparency in transaction costs in EXIM trade and to
(a) Allow the EXIM trade to make direct payments to the appropriate railway authorities for export rail freights of Containers; and
