As per the PUBLIC NOTICE NO.44/2023 issued by nhava sheva custom there is help desk has been designated with rank of Additional commissioner to resolve the issues related to delays in assessment of bill of entries under faceless assessment.
earlier also some initiative has been taken by customs but the real experience is different some times. let’s hope for better this time. users may please share their view and experience in comment.
