It has been in information, that Health Certificates issued by un-authorized Private Veterinary Doctor, State Government Veterinary Doctors & Regional Food Analytical Laboratories & Private Laboratories are being produced at time of Export Custom Clearance of following products:
Milk and Milk Products ,
Processed Fruit Products ,
Poultry Meat Products ,
Egg & Egg products,
Animal Casing ,
Basmati Rice,
Black Pepper ,
Bivalve Molluscs ,
Fish and Fishery Products (w.e.f.15.03.2012)
Poultry and Poultry Meat
Raw Meat (Chilled/Frozen)
Processed Meat Products
Animal Casings Along with(Amendment No.-1)
Crushed Bones, Ossein and gelatine.
Fruit Products
Feed additives and Premixtures
Peanut and Peanut Products
Non Notified Commodities like Rice, sugar, wheat and others
Certificate for Export / Health Certificate for the above products have to be mandatory issued thru Export Inspection Agency who are duly authorised by various notifications of Govt. Of India.
In view of above, it is informed that Milk & milk products, Feed Additives, Processed Fruit Product, Animal Casing, Egg Products, Poultry Meat, and Gelatin etc. will be permitted for export only if there consignment are accompanied by Certificate for Export/Health Certificate issued by Export Inspection Agencies
Members are requested to note the same for smooth clearance of export clearance of the said products
