Hello every one, It has been heared from trade and users that under the faceless assessment some times there are unnecessary queries are raised and asked for documents which has been already submitted by custom broker in system,
Even some times multiple queries which cause more delays in assessment.
i would like to suggest here that why not Government do this, like when custom broker give reply for any query then the subject Bill of entry or shipping bill can be marked to another port/and another officer for checking the reply and needful action/ assessment ? and this process can be same if the 2nd officer raise query again.
i hope this will defenetly redused the nos of queries in assessment
