Hello everyone
As per the attached guidelines issued by ministry of environment, India. There are prohibition on import of some plastic products and made mandatory EPRA (Extended Producers Responsibility Authorization) registration to import the subject products.
However the doubt here is for normal trade partners and importers that, is this apply on the all products including the packing material used by exporters to pack and ship another main products? (i.e. hand bags/shoes/screws etc. are covered in plastic packaging when exported by supplier)
Or it will apply only if the packaging/ subject products will be imported as main and full product by importer?
if any one have the information, clarification on this, then please share to help others too.
