Hello all, in the every notifications of bis , it is mentioned that the micro and small enterprises have more time extension for apply of the notification.

So the question is whether if any importer registered under msme can be treated same? and can be allowed the extension time?
or it’s the msme word exclusively only for domestic manufacturing unit?
