If the import shipment filed as WAREHOUSE Bill of Entry under section 59, and Importer has valid AIFTA / APTA certificate at the time of import, But can he Claim the Benefit at the time of Exbond Bill of entry filing? for the shipment that was warehoused by filing under merit duty ? Is there any specific rule there? please answer if you know.
