Ship-Call based Monitoring of Compliance to Sea Cargo Manifest

PN-87-2021 issued by Nhva Sheva Regarding SCMTR
A new public Notice no 087/2021 date 23.09.2021 issued by Nhava Sheva Custom House regarding Ship-Call based Monitoring of Compliance to Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Reglulations (SCMTR), 2018.
According to the public notice as attached above, Stakeholders are informed that Ship-call based monitoring of messages and manifests mandated under SCMTR will be undertaken by Nhava Sheva, in order to speedily resolve errors, and ensure successful error-free filing of mandated messages in all respects (viz. Import, Export & Transhipment).
Facility Notice No.05.2021 Issued By New Custom House Regarding SCMTR
There are Facility Notice No. 05/2021 also issued by New Custom House, Mumbai regarding the Facilitation for error free filing of E-manifests under SCMTR Regulation 2018.
The details are provided in Attached above copy of said facility notice for reference to trade and stakeholders.
